In celebration of the official release of Deep Ellum 100s vinyl release, The Sounds of Deep Ellum New Music Series will feature a live concert series with performances by Lorelei K, Skinny Cooks, Flower Child, Ducado Vega, Children of Indigo, Randy McGill and more artists at ATT Performing Arts District on Thursday at 5:30 p.m.

The album, produced by Deep Ellum 100 is a celebration of Deep Ellum’s creative culture and their music legacy. Attendees can enjoy live music outdoors in the Arts District with DJ L25 in between sets. A collection of exclusive merchandise will be available for purchase.

This series aims auto highlight the abundance and diversity of Dallas’ music scene by showcasing an array of city performers.

Additionally, The Sounds of Deep Ellum vinyl release features 10 award winning recording artists from across DFW. The music series kicked off on October 12th, local artists include Skinny Cooks, a Dallas-based alternative, jazz, soul duo and Flower Child also known as FloZilla, a lyricist known for her rapid fire delivery and singing style that is classic soul artistry. 

Headlining the concert is Lorelei K, known for composing and performing avant-garde, dream pop music. On October 19th Children of Indigo, an indie hip-hop soul collective known for soul stirring lyrics and rousing performances will kick off the second evening. 

Following next is Ducado Vega, a funk-rock singer along with jazz extraordinaire Randy McGill, giving 70s jazz-funk band energy with a broad range of jazz styles.
