Jack Zhang, who founded the company in 2021, typically sells at the Dallas Farmers Market. But now he’ll have a shop at 2513 N. Fitzhugh Ave., which could open as soon as next month.

Zhang started Sol Good Juice because he wasn’t satisfied with the products available to him as a consumer. He read the labels of the pasteurized juices and realized the ingredients weren’t all natural.

He said, “I can do this,” and set out to open his own business, researching and learning about the juice-making process and then developing a menu.

All of the juices are cold-pressed and served in glass bottles, not plastic.

One of the top sellers is the Pineapple Express, which has pineapple, apple, lime and coconut water. Another is the Lucky Green, which has cucumber, celery, ginger, kale, spinach, lemon and apple. And for the summer, there will be fresh watermelon juice with mint.

Bottled juices will be sold in the store, with the option to purchase cleanse bundles. Customers who bring back the empty bottles will receive a discount.

Simple snacks, veggie wraps, fruit bowls and smoothies will also be available for purchase.

Zhang said the shopping center on Fitzhugh was attractive because of the diversity of the tenants, including Zalat Pizza and DaLat, just across the street. The area is also home to young professionals and people interested in living healthy lifestyles, Zhang said.

Until the store opens, find Sol Good Juice at the Dallas Farmers Market. And keep an eye out for the vendor at the State Fair of Texas, where Sol Good will make its debut at the annual festival this fall.
