The old Pearle Vision at the corner of Mockingbird and Skillman is on its way to becoming a Snap Kitchen.
This is the second Snap Kitchen location to open in our area. The first one opened at Fitzhugh and Central in November.
If all goes as planned, construction on the Mockingbird-Skillman location should be complete around mid-May, and the location will open shortly after that.
Snap Kitchen caters to health nuts on the run. If you need something in a snap, you can grab one of their tossed-to-order salads, cold-pressed juices, specialty elixirs, high-energy snacks, diet-friendly desserts or other ready-made meals for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Snap’s cold-pressed juices are packed with calories and meant to be treated as a meal. They have several to choose from. They also offer wraps, soups and other entrees.
The company has what they call a “living, seasonal menu,” which features fresh, high-quality ingredients that change based on availability.
