Councilman Angela Hunt’s plan to revamp lowest Lower Greenville includes creating a planned development district, which would require businesses to obtain a special use permit if they want to stay open past midnight.
The district would include Greenville between Belmont and Bryan.
A public hearing is set for the City Council’s regular meeting Jan. 26.
