The boy, whose name is not given because of his age, was picked up this morning at Madison High School in Dallas. Police say he transferred to Madison from Woodrow Wilson High School last Friday, the day following the accident. He was uninsured and did not have a driver’s license. "What happens to him now is up to the criminal justice system," the detective says.

Both girls remain in Baylor ICU with serious injuries.
