We recently named on The List this fire hydrant across the street from Times Ten Cellars East Dallas’ best dressed. So what if it’s the only dressed fire hydrant around. Rumor has it that some of the staff and/or patrons at Times Ten are responsible for the revolving wardrobe, but unless the stylist comes forward, we may never know for sure!
