It didn’t take long for the former Fat Daddy’s Burger House to be turned into a pile of trash, but that’s what happened over the past few days at the northeast corner of Buckner and Garland as part of Pei Wei’s move to Casa Linda Plaza. Other than the construction mess, there’s not a lot to report except that with this work beginning now, it’s likely Pei Wei will open this fall.
