Neighbors Jacob and Lindsay Sloan are hosting the official grand opening for the nano-brewery On Rotation tomorrow, March 7. On Rotation recently opened in the space tucked away behind Gaston-Garland-Grand, right next door to Cane Rosso White Rock.
They’ll be announcing their first four house beers via Facebook later today, including a surprise one-off they made just for the grand opening that’s “a citrus-filled wheat beer that is way better than a mimosa,” according to Jacob Sloan. “We’ll be hinting at them all day today online. When we open our doors on Saturday, they’ll be on tap and ready to go,” he says. They’re also planning to tap a few special kegs they’ve been stashing, all of which are listed here.
