Two teens were arrested in Old East Dallas early Friday after leading authorities on a chase that started in Carrollton, NBC affiliate Channel 5 reported.
Carrollton police spokeswoman Jolene DeVito told the station that officers began chasing a white pickup around midnight after the vehicle sped away from the 1700 block of Metrocrest Drive.
The chase continued for 30 miles as the pickup traveled through Northeast Dallas and Mesquite. It ended at 12:45 a.m. along a dead-in street in Old East Dallas, according to Channel 5.
Officers arrested a 13-year-old and 15-year-old inside the truck, the station reported.
