Blythe Beck, a.k.a. “The Naught Chef” at Central 214 has a top-notch New Year’s Eve menu planned; it includes a five-course tasting menu with pan seared arctic char with buttered corn pudding and lobster-lemon beurre blanc and grilled filet mignon with caramelized onion, jalapeno potato hash and salsa verde.
