An investment company has purchased Hillside Village shopping center in Lakewood.
Northwood Retail bought the 62-year-old shopping center at the northeast corner of Mockingbird and Abrams. The price was not disclosed.
The 169,299-square-foot property’s tenants include Stein Mart, Olivella’s Neo Pizza Napoletana, Dream Café, White Rock Coffee and Manny’s Lakewood Tex-Mex.
Local investors, husband-and-wife Rebecca and Jim Tudor of Twinrose Investments, bought the property in 2007. They revitalized the center, bringing in new tenants.
