The Kwik Wash laundromat on the southwest corner of Mockingbird-Abrams has loaded its washing machines into a container in the parking lot and is preparing to move. That space, plus the space made available when corner tenant Royal Dental Center vacated, combines for roughly 4,600 square feet on the corner of the strip center, which also houses a recently expanded Joann’s and a Jos. A. Bank.
A construction permit posted on-site indicates that all interior walls are being removed. Word in the real estate community is that the space has been leased to a restaurant. We have calls into the leasing company and will report more soon.
