Streets in our neighborhood from Mockingbird to Old East Dallas will be closed this Sunday, March 24, for the Rock ‘n’ Roll half marathon in Dallas. The below map shows the 1/2 marathon course, and the below graphic gives specific street closures with approximate closure times.
The race enters our neighborhood through Greenland Hills/M Streets, then continues to Mockingbird and down Skillman until it reaches Swiss Avenue. Runners will travel through the Swiss Avenue Historic District until they reach Haskell, and the end of the course takes them along Haskell until they reach Fair Park.
