So many awesome items are up for bids at the Lipscomb Elementary School fundraiser Thursday, it’s hard to choose which to describe.
There are photography packages, restaurant gift cards, cupcakes and cookies, spa treatments, hair styling and cuts, mini golf, rock climbing, soccer camp, ice-skating lessons, dance lessons, music lessons, sports memorabilia, a wine tasting, museum tickets, parties and weekend getaways.
But, oh, that is not all. Behold, the piece de resistance: a family membership to the Knights of Columbus pool. Your kids will be out of college before your name comes up on the waiting list for a pool membership there otherwise.

The “Roaring Twenties” auction starts at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 3 at Times Ten Cellars. The auction is free to attend, and local businesses will provide snacks.
