The Lloyd Nabors Demolition Company is taking its second shot at knocking down the former Affiliated Computer Services building at 2828 N. Haskell Ave. after it refused to come down during a planned implosion Feb. 16.
Demolition workers are using a wrecking ball to beat down the elevator shaft and remaining part of the tower that survived the blast. If all goes according to plan this time around, it will by nothing but rubble by noon Monday, radio station WBAP reported.

The Leaning Tower of Dallas lived a good life, however brief. It became an internet sensation as neighbors flocked to the site to see what was surely the eighth wonder of the world.
