Let’s be honest, the holiday season can get incredibly busy and it’s easy to stress and worry. Sometimes we just need a break to combat that holiday craziness and take a moment to, well, enjoy the moment.
At the Contemporary Theatre of Dallas comedy is the answer. On Dec. 17 the theater will be hosting a group of seven comedians—four of which are returning from last year’s event—who will be a part of the Holiday Comedy Showcase complete with cocktails.
But the show isn’t just for laughs; ticket sales will go toward Robert E. Lee Elementary’s PTA. The show starts at 7:30 and tickets can be grabbed up on the theater’s website. That’s one way to give back and get a laugh, both at the same time.
