But the space will be immediately flipped, according to a press release, into a new American-Chinese restaurant concept that is yet to be named. The owners plan to incorporate Remedy and the vacant space next door that most recently held the short-lived Project Pie.Ā Rising culinary star Kirstyn Brewer hopped over from Knox-Henderson favorite Victor Tango’s to take the helm of the new kitchen. Remedy’s executive chefĀ Danyele McPherson, once a Top Chef contestant, will stay on as culinary director.

ā€œKirstyn Brewer is an incredibly talented chef. Her ability and dedication to her craft showed in every plate at Victor Tangos. I canā€™t wait for Dallas to experience what she can do when she gets to cook the cuisine in which she is the most passionate,” McPherson said in a statement.

The new eatery is slated to open in late spring or early summer.
