The median home price in Dallas was about $401,000 in December, up 9.8%, according to Redfin.
But in two South Dallas ZIP codes, which include the Cedars and Fair Park, the median home price increased more than 40% in November, compared to the same month in 2020.
In 75215 and 75210, which are among the least expensive places to buy a house in Dallas, the median prices increased to $155,347 and $136,894, respectively in November. That’s represents an increase of over 44% and 43%.
