Two new beauty tenants will join the Hillside Village shopping center at Mockingbird Lane and Abrams Road, according to a Tuesday news release from property owner, Northwood Retail.
“Each of these tenants brings something new to the table that is not yet offered at Hillside Village, and we are confident the Lakewood community will welcome these additions,” said Ward Kampf, president of Northwood Retail.
Vie Nail Bar is open for manicures, pedicures, waxing, massages and more. The salon supports a charity each month and donates a percentage of the profits to that organization.
“We are ecstatic to open our first location in Hillside Village,” owner Mai Duong said. “We can’t wait to pamper the Lakewood community one mani-pedi at a time.”
Later this summer, The Lash Lounge will open in the shopping center. It will be the salon’s eighth location in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The Lash Lounge offers eyelash extensions, lash lifts, lash fills, eyebrow threading and eyebrow tinting.
“We are from the neighborhood and have witnessed the thriving Lakewood community,” franchise owner Kailey Fletcher said.
The Advocate previously reported that Froggie’s 5 &10, one of Dallas’ oldest toy stores, and its sister company, Betty Lou, planned to open in Hillside Village. The opening is planned for spring, but an exact date has not yet been released.
