In an effort to reduce pet overpopulation in North Texas, the Texas Coalition for Animal Protection (TCAP) is offering residents in 23 Dallas zip codes a free spay or neuter, rabies vaccine, microchip and pain medication for their dogs at any TCAP, from now until Dec. 31.
The closest TCAP location to our neighborhood is in Garland, off of Northwest Highway in Meadow Creek Square. The free services are only available if they are purchased at the same time of the pet’s surgery.
