That’s the word from Carlos Riveroll, who is the Salvadorian restaurant chain’s operations manager. The location, up the street from the Granada, has been closed for a couple of weeks for remodeling and expansion – it’s taking over the abandoned Starbucks next door.

Riveroll said the restaurant will have a new look, more like the chain’s Rockwall and Garland stores. That means a little less Southwestern and a little more tropical. And he says they want to be sure to be open for the Greenville Avenue St. Patrick’s Day parade on March 14.
