Yingling and Tobin are partnering with Chef Sitrin, formerly of Village Marquee Grill & Bar, to open The Blind Butcher. The menu is still in the works and will feature craft beer and a variety of meats including sausage pastrami, and corned-beef made in house.

Tobin, who also owns Henderson Avenue favorite Vickery Park, told Jennifer Thomas of CraveDFW, “With the addition of Trader Joe’s, the food truck park and several restaurants, there is a renaissance taking place on Lower Greenville. We’re excited to be a part of the area’s revitalization.”

The Blind Butcher will be located in The Service Bar’s old space at 1919 Greenville.
