Fossil Creek Liquor, a liquor store chain with locations across North Texas, is planning an expansion to Dallas.
Its first Dallas store will be at Lakewood Village, at the southwest corner of Mockingbird and Abrams, next to Taco Joint and Dallas Pet Den.
A representative for the company says they are hoping to open the East Dallas location by November.
The store will offer a variety of wines, liquors, spirits and beers. Its Greenville location, which opened last year, was the first liquor store to open in the city, according to the Herald-Banner.
There aren’t any liquor stores at the Mockingbird-Abrams intersection, but the area does have a few bars, including Lakewood Growler and Bodega Wine Bar.
