Last year, we wrote about former Woodrow Wilson High School track stars and twin brothers Delvin and Kelvin Furlough after the brothers finished 1st and 4th in the state 400-meter dash. The Furloughs, who also attended J.L. Long, have since moved on to other schools, but they’re back in the news now that Delvin is preparing to enter the Deaflympics in Taipei, Taiwain, as one of 21 members of the U.S. track team, according to a DMN story. The games begin Friday.
