Since 2007, Favor the Kind has operated on Henderson Avenue. But with the expiration of an old lease, owner Carley Seale has announced that the company will be relocating to its new home at 3024 Greenville Ave.
“Let the Greenville era begin!” the company said in an Instagram post.
The Dallas-based apparel store will reopen in the former space of San Francisco Rose on May 1, featuring an updated look with expanded retail space and additional parking.
Seale, who also owns ROAM boutique, is leaving a significant mark in East Dallas. Prior to Favor the Kind’s relocation to Greenville Avenue, ROAM opened its second storefront at 2025 Abrams in November.
Favor the Kind shared on Instagram they were excited about the move to introduce new concepts in a larger space.
“We may be leaving Henderson, but we’re bringing with us all the best stuff: the memories, the friendships, the lessons, and a store full of love and light. We’re eagerly looking forward to welcoming you into our new space,” the post said.
