On Flashback Friday, let’s revisit a 2005 cover story called “Dallas for Dummies,” a guide to navigating our city and the services it provides. Of course, there have been changes since the article was published. For example, residents can now report litter, parking violations and missed recycling collection on the OurDallas mobile app.
But many of the fundamentals remain the same. Plus, it’s a good reminder of how or city has changed, hopefully for the better.
