Manager and owner Blaine Duhe says the location at 2020 Greenville, between Teppo Yakitori Sushi Bar and the Char Bar, will probably host a soft opening before the official grand opening, but on Dec. 4 doors will open at 11 a.m. with a ceremonial ribbon cutting.

“I am very excited about debuting Crisp Salad Company in Dallas, and I believe that it will thrive in our Lower Greenville location,” says Blaine Duhe, the Manager and Owner for Crisp Salad Company.

“Crisp Salad Co. is a great concept that combines the build-your-own-salad experience with a tastefully designed menu. Our epicurean offerings go far beyond the typical salad, including unique dressings made daily by our crew inside the restaurant.”

Crisp devotes itself to helping guests attain a healthy lifestyle by providing naturally raised meats and fresh produce. All salads are chopped and served in front of guests. Aside from build-your-own salads, Crisp will also serve salads off the menu, like The Greenville Cobb, Killer Kale, Street Taco, Curry Waldorf, Superfood and Thai It Up.

Crisp Salad Co. will accept to-go orders and offer an extensive catering menu as well. It’ll be open Sunday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. for lunch and dinner. For more information, visit the website.
