If you just so happen to have a private jet and can make it to the Big Apple by 7 p.m., the dinner will begin with champagne and passed hors d’oeuvres like pink snapper crudo and oyster “po’ boys.” For dinner, Chef Tesar will serve five courses featuring high-quality seafood from waters around the globe. Each course will be paired with top-notch champagnes from Moët & Chandon, Ruinart, Dom Pérignon, Veuve Clicquot and Domaine Chandon. Dinner is priced at $130 for members or $170 for the general public.
