Renown Fort Worth developer M2G Ventures is set to transform a previous Texans Can Academies campus into a mixed-use center known as Bogart on Ross at 4621 Ross Ave.
Standing in Old East Dallas, the former education building will soon be occupied with modern offices, museum-worthy public art and a ground-level cafe.
Dallas architect Modus Architecture will join the project to alter the building’s exterior so that it fits the mold of M2G Ventures’ quintessential artistic setting.
Future office tenants will benefit from an outdoor grove, community spaces, an on-site sculpture garden, offices with an employee lounge, an energy room with Pelotons and showers and a Zen library, BISNOW reports. Additionally, first-level storefronts will include a cafe to attract resident businesses, as well as the local neighborhood.
“The property will be a stunner,” Co-President Jessica Miller said in a statement. “We are most excited about the museum-quality art that will be found throughout the building, the unique amenities and shared spaces we plan to offer and the potential for an artist residency program. We named the building Bogart as the art and vibe will be of Humphrey Bogart’s era.”
Construction will finish in the first quarter of 2020, and tenants will get to claim office spaces that range from 3,000 to 9,000 square feet.
Bogart on Ross is the first major push into downtown Dallas for M2G Ventures, but the development team has already made its mark in Fort Worth, where it transformed an industrial part of the city into The Foundry District.
