It officially opened it’s doors to the public on Tuesday, November 9, serving two limited menus for lunch and dinner.

For lunch, a Gochujang chicken sandwich with shishito pesto and provolone cheese was offered, along with a vegan pho entree and roasted butternut with eggplant, bell pepper, shishito pesto and muenster cheese.

The dinner menu offered cornbread with black garlic honey, and then a choice of pho-spiced pot roast or lemongrass garlic chicken. As for sides, glazed smashed sweet potato tots, a vermicelli herb salad, kimchi green beans and shishito creamed corn. An apple currant dump cake finished the night as dessert.

Be Home Soon is open Tuesday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., serving their lunch menus from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and dinner menus from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.
