Another bar getting in to the scene is the Dallas Beer Kitchen, which is set to open in June. The bar will be located at 1804 Greenville Avenue and feature… wait for it… craft beer and delicious food.

Dallas Beer Kitchen will be joining other Lower Greenville gastropubs such as The Libertine, Sundown at Granada, The Blind Butcher, H&G Supply Co., and whatever is going to replace J. Pepe’s. With all of the competition around, it’s likely that Dallas Beer Kitchen will have to work hard to set themselves apart from their neighbors.

In a recent interview with Jonathan Rienstra over at CultureMap, owners Bryan Kaeser and Joe Scribner share that regularly critiquing bars for their blog, Best Damn Things, inspired them to open a bar of their own that will offer “great service from the owner to the hostess, great food and beer, and an atmosphere that is comfortable and inviting.”
