Now that food trucks have been given more freedom by city council to take to the streets, several new mobile kitchens have emerged.
Say you want to try kimchee fries from Ssahm’s Korean BBQ truck or chicken and waffles from Good Luck Food Truck. How exactly does one go about finding these roving vendors?
The easiest way seems to be by following a truck’s Facebook or Twitter page. Trucks typically post or tweet their locations several hours (or several minutes) before parking to set up for a meal.
To sample several trucks at one location, look for events like the Dallas Arts District’s Summer Block Party, where Ssahm, Nammi, Gandolfo’s, Trailercakes, City Street Grill and Yum Yum trucks all made an appearance.
