Promise of Peace, the East Dallas nonprofit that has a community garden, among other efforts, is hosting an "Eco Fest" Saturday from 1-4 p.m. The festival includes children’s activities and the "peace market" with vendors including Downing Hill, the new garden store on Lower Greenville.
