Still Austin Whiskey Co. will debut its bourbon in the neighborhood with tastings, educational demonstrations and unique specialty cocktails.

The drink, crafted from Texas-grown corn, rye and barley sourced from Texas farmers, is smooth on the palate with hints of vanilla and caramel.

The spirits are made sustainably with a focus on cutting carbon emissions through local sourcing, energy-efficient equipment and water conservation. Spent grains are also returned to local ranchers to feed their animals.
