What the rec?! When and where to get your Zumba and yoga

Spring program schedules for all Dallas Park and Recreation centers are now available.

Exall Park and Recreation Center offers budget-friendly alternatives to help adults stay active. Adults can choose to attend classes such as Zumba and the aptly titled, “Dirt Cheap Yoga.” After school programs, karate and homework help are also available for youth.

Dallas residents above age 5 are required to pay an annual membership fee between $5 and $15.  The fee for non-residents is $25.

Dallas Park and Recreation Department schedules are not updated online, so prospective program participants will need to drop by their neighborhood center or call to get more information. Class times and offerings vary at each location.
