The Dallas Police Department asks for public assistance in identifying an aggravated robbery suspect who committed an offense in the 1300 block of Greenville.

On Feb. 23 around 11 a.m., an 82-year-old woman was walking in the parking lot of Family Dollar when an unknown black male came approached her from behind and pushed her to the ground. The suspect took the victim’s property (a purse with driver’s license, total value of $45) and fled on foot toward Bryan Street.

Surveillance video, which you can view below, captured the suspect walking in the parking lot area.

Police believe the suspect is in his 20s and is approximately 5’8″ and 150 lbs. He was wearing a dark colored hoodie, khaki pants, blue plaid shirt and a bandanna covering the lower portion of his face.
