I am not sure if this is going to start a trend around here, but University Park is following in the footsteps of Highland Park and considering a cell phone ban in school zones.
So if one is using Mockingbird, they need to make sure and not be on the cell phone when they cross Central, but can pick it back up when they cross the Tollroad?
