Update: The shopping center once again has water. Cane Rosso White Rock says it will open tonight at 5 p.m.
A water main broke at the shopping centers at Gaston-Garland-Grand, and it has affected the nearby businesses. No one in the center — Cane Rosso White Rock, Ace Hardware, Uptown Yoga, Image by Farrah and the White Rock YMCA — has any water. Cane Rosso says on its Facebook page that it’s closing its White Rock location until the mess gets sorted out. On Rotation says it doesn’t have any water either, although construction on the new building will continue.
