The Wachovia building on Belmont seems to have changed hands recently. This past week a sign from De La Vega Capital was placed in front of the building that has been vacant since July 2010. The Wachovia building has been one of the few properties in Lakewood that cannot seem to find a willing tenant.
The building’s previous broker was Lem Miller.
I’ve left several messages with De La Vega but they haven’t responded.
