The Vickery Place neighborhood was developed more than 100 years ago, and much of the original construction still exists. If you’re out for a walk while social distancing, look for the signs of yesteryear beneath your feet.

While laying sidewalks throughout Vickery Place, contract companies stamped their logos into the concrete. Many of the original sidewalks have been replaced because of soil expansion, tree roots or wear and tear. Before they are all gone, find and examine the imprinted stamps.
