Dallas-based Weitzman Group, which on Friday took over as leasing agents for the Old Town shopping center near Greenville Ave. and Lovers Lane, is focusing on leasing the former Two Rows Restaurant & Brewery building, said Elizabeth Nabholtz, the group’s vice president. Two Rows on Greenville closed last year, but has other locations in the Dallas area.
“It might be a sports bar or a pub, or even a Mexican or Italian restaurant,” she said. “The main thing we’re focused on is getting a good, local or national, established tenant that makes sense for the whole area.”
Westwood Financial Corp., a California company, owns the 265,233-square-foot Old Town center. Weitzman, which leases six other Westwood properties in the Dallas area, had been trying to get the listing for four years, Nabholtz said.
