Western apparel boutique Tyler Kingston Mercantile and Sol Studio Pilates Nate Forti are opening at 1902 Greenville Avenue, near Voodoo Doughnut.
The boutique will occupy the first floor while the fitness studio will be on the second floor. Construction is underway for interiors and exterior construction is delayed until permit approval.
The fitness studio’s construction will be completed in roughly four weeks, but the opening date will depend on development status, he added. The shop plans on opening in March.
General contractor Blue Bonnet Construction, which predominantly does commercial and residential work in the Greenville area, is doing the buildout.
Tyler Kingston Mercantile, a modern boutique with locations in Kansas, Mckinney and Bishop Arts District provides western-inspired apparel, accessories and apothecary.
Sol Studio Pilates, a canada-based fitness studio provides group guided instruction to train and strengthen the body through Mat Foundations with Barre strengthening to improve flexibility and stability.
