Texas Neurology plans to move from Lakewood to a 40,000-square-foot space near Mockingbird Station in early 2020. The practice signed a 15-year lease for the first floor of a four-story building at 6080 N. Central Expressway, D CEO reported.

The move will put Texas Neurology, located at 6301 Gaston Ave., closer to its satellite locations in Richardson, University Park and East Dallas, according to the magazine.

“As we started our search for a new headquarters, we wanted to find an office that would be a good fit both now and in the future, while also being more centrally located,” Texas Neurology CEO David Evans said in a news release. “Our new location near Mockingbird Station will be convenient for our patients and beneficial for employees.”

Mike Gosslee, senior director at Cushman & Wakefield, represented Texas Neurology in the negotiation and property search, which lasted about a year and a half.

Texas Neurology serves a variety of neurological disorders, such as ALS, Alzheimer’s and muscular dystrophy.
