On Wednesday, Jan. 16th, Goodfriend Beer Garden & Burger House will be one of few bars in the country to host Avery Brewing Company’s Dictator’s Unite event.Avery Brewing Company President and Brewmaster Adam Avery will be on-hand to emcee the event, which will feature all three beers in the Avery Dictator Series: Avery Kaiser Imperial Oktoberfest, Avery Czar Imperial Stout and Avery Maharaja Imperial India Pale Ale. The tappings will occur at the same time at establishments in California, Colorado and Texas.
The event will also feature local band Holt and Stockslager performing the music of Simon and Garfunkel. Doors open at 4 p.m., with the tapping at 8 p.m., followed by Holt and Stockslager’s performance at 9 p.m. For more info call: 214.324.3335
