Starting Nov. 2, the bar is hosting daily activities with tiki themes.

Tuesday is Tiki Tuesday, when neighbors can get $7 cocktails. The featured liquor is Rhum JM.

Wednesday is Wahine Wednesday Marketplace featuring hair flowers from Tammy Horne.

Thursday’s activity is a Hamilton Rum class with Andy Arrington. On Friday, DJ Mark A: The Suburban Savage will be providing musical entertainment.

The weekend comes with its own events. Saturday is the grand opening of East Dallas Vintage, so anyone who brings a Nov. 6 receipt from Swizzle will get 20% off the Toxique Tiki booth at the vintage shop. On Sunday, there’s a hair flower class with Calirosa Tequila.

For more information about the celebratory events, visit the bar’s Facebook page.

Swizzle opened last year after a series of pop-ups, a delayed debut because of the coronavirus. It serves a few food items and a variety of umbrella drinks. Plus, it’s open for weekend brunch.

Swizzle is located at 1802 Greenville Ave.
