A sushi chef is planning a new omakase restaurant on Greenville Avenue in which the chef decides what to serve guests, CultureMap reported.
A name has not yet been announced for the eatery, but it will open in the old Daddy Jack’s space at 1916 Greenville Ave. Construction has begun, and the restaurant is expected to open in early 2021, according to CultureMap.
The space will seat 12 customers by reservation only.
Chef Jimmy Park is planning the restaurant and is bringing along one of the top Las Vegas chefs.
The menu will serve edomae-style sushi, and it will change all the time depending on what seasonal ingredients the chef has on hand, CultureMap reported.
