St. Bernard School located in the Little Forest Hills is holding an open house this weekend. This is a great little school, I know because my children have gone there for years.
Despite the fact that it’s a teeny tiny K-8 (255 students enrolled currently), I’ve run across several neighbors while interviewing for stories over the past year, who send their children there, including Eddie Sinnott, the SMU swimming coach who helped coach the USA team last year in Beijing, and District Court Judge John Creuzot, whose feedback I sought for this story that ran in February’s magazine about women recovering from alcoholism. And of course me, the editor of Advocate, uh … yeah.
Anyway, those seeking a spot for their little ones would do well to check it out this Sunday 2-4.
