How disturbing is this? For no apparent reason (other than ruining some days yesterday),  some thug (s) went around this past Tuesday night randomly chunking bricks, rocks and the like through car windows. It happened in Lakewood, Belmont and Forest Hills neighborhoods. More than 20 vehicles sustained damage. Here’s the CBS11 coverage of the events.
