Cops, positioned on side streets throughout the week, were pulling over people at quite a clip. With deadly crashes and cars spiraling into front yards the past few months, Dallas police urged neighbors to slow down.

According to Mark Clayton, there were 151 tickets issued in four days on the East Dallas road while police monitored the area. The upcoming bond will include a new light in the area, which could slow down traffic and make the area safer.
