Conor Commercial Real Estate plans to construct the two-building Skyline Commerce Center on South Buckner Boulevard near the intersection with Interstate 30. The Dallas Morning News reported the sale of the 12.4-acre property in December.

Building 1 is 135,000 square feet, and Building 2 is more than 62,000 square feet. Both buildings will offer built-to-use offices and divisible industrial space. The marketing agency, Stream Realty Partners, will lease spaces of 15,000 square feet and greater to tenants.

Skyline Commerce Center will provide easy access to Highway 80 and Interstate 635. Its location along I-30also will also provide a high level of exposure, said John Dobrott, president of Conor’s Industrial Division.

“We are excited to transform another underutilized land parcel into a high-functioning industrial property,” Dobrott said in a statement.
